Returns

Full-price, undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new, unwashed, and unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), our customer service team will contact you to confirm your refund. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

The shipping fees for returns are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. For international returns, any customs or import duties are also the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, please email photos of the faulty item(s) to returns@lalouettesilk.com before returning the item. Delivery charges for returning faulty items will be reimbursed upon approval. Customers may choose their preferred resolution: replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. Items must be returned in new, unwashed, and unused condition, in their original packaging to be eligible. See the Returns section above for full details on the return process and requirements.
